How about a cafe on a hilltop?

There's an ongoing debate in Malvern about the proposal to put a cafe right on the top of Great Malvern. Now it's not a new thing - there used to be one there years ago - but they were different days. The feeling is now that there will be a bloody Burger King stuck there with flashing neon lights. Litter. Crap everywhere. Or - will it be a nice little place like the one at St. Ann's well (see my walk that includes it by clicking here) that is from the same era but has managed to blend in? What do you think?

There's also talk of building either a cablecar or funicular railway to the top of the hills. Strewth, has nobody heard of feet? And before anybody says anything about disabled access, you can drive a car to the top of Great Malvern - and people would if there weren't bollards in the way!
